Q1.
What services do you offer?
We provide website planning, UX design, UI design, and responsive page design tailored to your brand and business goals. Depending on the project, development and ongoing support can also be included. You can choose only the services you need.
Q2.
What does the project process look like?
The project begins with an initial meeting to understand your goals and requirements. From there, we move through direction setting, information architecture, design, feedback and revisions, and final delivery. Each stage is reviewed and approved before moving on to the next.
Q3.
What materials do I need to prepare?
Please share any available materials, such as a service introduction, key features, reference websites, logos, or brand guidelines. It is completely fine if everything is not ready yet. We can organize the necessary information together during the initial meeting.
Q4.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions are included at each major design stage. Minor changes, such as text or color adjustments, are covered. Significant changes to an approved structure or requests for additional pages may require extra time and cost.
Q5.
Can I request changes after the project is completed?
A limited support period is included after completion for bug fixes and basic guidance. Additional content updates, new pages, or feature improvements can be handled through an ongoing maintenance plan or separate requests.
